Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ilkay YILMAZ
İlkay YILMAZ graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering. He received his master's degree from Uludağ University, Institute of Science, Food Engineering. He completed his doctorate in Food Engineering from Istanbul Aydın University, Institute of Science, Food Engineering. She worked as a planning manager, project manager, quality and production manager, and purchasing manager in national and international food businesses. Yılmaz continues her duty at Başkent University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. She has articles, papers, and books published nationally and internationally in Turkish and English.
