Prof. Dr. Hakan TURGUT

He graduated from Kuleli Military High School in 1984. He graduated from the Military Academy Management Department in 1988. He received a bachelor's degree from 9 Eylül University Aydın Tourism and Hotel Management School in 1994. In 1997, he completed his master's program with thesis at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Tourism Management. In 2005, he received his doctorate degree from Sakarya University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Management and Organization. He completed a non-thesis master's degree in public administration at Selçuk University Social Sciences Institute. He retired after serving for 19 years in various levels of the Land Forces. He has been working at Başkent University since 2009. Turgut, who has more than 60 scientific studies, currently serves as Dean of Başkent University Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture and Director of Başkent University Turkish Culinary Culture Research and Application Center. Turgut is also the Founding Director of TGA.
